Over fifty years in the business, the group has built up a substantial portfolio of properties, predominantly across the South East of England.
Its investment focus is two-pronged: to achieve a total rental income exceeding its overheads, while also cultivating capital appreciation on properties held in vacant possession.
Income is derived from a variety of tenure arrangements, including regulated, assured, assured short-hold and life tenancies – and is further boosted by a high reversionary ground rent portfolio.
Regulated tenancies, in particular, offer excellent medium-term growth.
If a property is no longer delivering acceptable returns, it is disposed of by sale or auction. The proceeds are then reinvested in new opportunities.
