Joe joined Regis in 2025 and works across the UK and US business, sourcing new investment opportunities and supporting the growth of existing platform companies.
Prior to Regis, Joe spent eight years helping to build and ultimately lead the real estate division of a UK fund manager. During this time, he supported the growth of that business through a combination of organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, while also gaining experience across the renewables and infrastructure sectors. Earlier in his career, Joe spent six years at Lloyds Banking Group, where he focused on structured finance and corporate restructuring, alongside exposure to mid-cap private equity.
