Josh’s career at Regis spans both the UK and US business. During his time in the UK, Regis expanded its UK residential portfolio and incepted Sage Homes in the affordable housing sector. Josh brought his experience of the UK residential and affordable market to the US and has played a pivotal role in the development and leadership of Pathway Homes, spending two years as CEO. During that period, he took the platform from inception to an institutional quality investor and operator. His current role encompasses all US platforms, including Pathway, R4 and Forward Housing.
